• Graduated from School of Medicine of Shanghai Medical University (Now Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University)
• Worked in a tertiary 3A hospital in Shanghai for more than twenty years, and then he completed his overseas fellowship in Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore
• Dr. Cao practices medicine in JV hospitals and serves as medical director or vice chairman in Chinese Healthcare Corporation (CHC), Shanghai Delta Hospital/Clinic, and Raffles Hospital Shanghai
• Specializing in the diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of common surgical diseases, including cardiovascular diseases. In particular, he is experienced in the diagnosis, early management, and day surgeries characterized by minimally invasive, accurate, and comprehensive methods for varicose veins of the lower extremities.
• Specializing in the establishment, repair, and maintenance of hemodialysis access (arteriovenous fistula), and lower extremity vascular reconstruction for intractable lower extremity ulcers and diabetic foot.
